Work Of The Flesh: Adultery

Exodus 20:2 Context

1And God spake all these words, saying, 2am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Adultery: Cheating on God

I served, I was nice and kind, I gave my whole mind. I served others and other things. I gave them everything, my all. Falling on my knees to pick up presents from under trees. In disbelief that Friday to Sunday Morning was not 3 days and 3 nights, and I claimed to love Math, but I did not know wrong from right. Those lies, those darts, that food I was served. It had me hurt and confused, because I invited the abuse. I served the misuse of my own Temple. I tore my temple down and served FALSE gods. gods that could not tell me anything but how to hurt myself: That I was all these bad things, so I walked in that way. I did what my horoscope said, I was the image of a bad chick, I was the image of sin. Adultery, I loved the pleasure of wickedness more than righteousness, for the righteousness I saw was mean and rude. The Holier than thou that never gave me some of their food; Turns out they are eating lies too. To get the dart of adultery out of my back, I had to realize I was under attack and that there was something I lacked. The Lord God, He is God and none else. I did not understand until I stopped abusing myself, until I started caring for my health. I had to get his Bible; I had to put down the idols. I do not bow down to anyone but The Living Tree. I do not obey anyone’s voice but HE… even through others we can see if they eat from the Living Tree by their fruit. By their works, we can see; By My works I can see- if I have Faith or if I am committing adultery.
